The SNEIK Timing belt repair kit includes all essential components for scheduled replacement of your engine’s timing belt. Each kit is tailored to meet the specific requirements of various engines and operating conditions.
Timing Belts
SNEIK timing belts are made from four advanced rubber compounds, selected based on engine design and thermal demands:
• CR (Chloroprene Rubber) — Resistant to oil, ozone, and aging. Suitable for engines with low thermal loads (up to 100 °C).
• HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) — Offers increased durability and heat resistance (up to 120 °C).
• HNBR+ — Reinforced HNBR with fluoropolymer additives for enhanced thermal stability (up to 130 °C).
• HK — Reinforced HNBR with Kevlar-grade cords and PTFE-coated teeth for superior strength and wear resistance.
Timing Belt Pulleys
SNEIK pulleys are engineered for durability and smooth operation using premium materials:
• Housing materials:
• Steels: 20#, 45#, SPCC, and SPCD for strength and rigidity
• Plastics: PA66-GF35 and PA6-GF50 for thermal stability and structural integrity
• Bearings: Standard sizes (6203, 6006, 6002, 6303, 6007)
• Lubrication: High-quality greases (Kyodo Super N, Kyodo ET-P, KLUEBER 72-72)
• Seals: Made from NBR and ACM for long-lasting protection Timing Belt Tensioners SNEIK tensioners apply factory-calibrated tension to ensure belt stability and prevent slippage, contributing to consistent engine performance.
• Housing materials:
• Steel: SPCC and 45# for structural strength
• Plastic: PA46 for heat and wear resistance
• Aluminum alloys: AlSi9Cu3 and ADC12 for lightweight corrosion-resistant construction
